The
software developed by CD Meyer for the interactive exhibits will run on a standard
computer PC running Windows™. Although the user interface can be a simple mouse
or track ball, a touch screen monitor interface is the preferred hardware option.
The touch screen interface is unique to the exhibit venue, it’s fun to use,
and it makes the computer program different from the typical home game experience.
Our experience with touch screen technology is extensive and we highly recommend
using a touch screen monitor in a public exhibit. None of the existing games
require a keyboard, which makes the exhibit less susceptible to malicious acts
or hacking. |

| The
housing for the computer can be as simple as a hole in the wall to expose the
touch screen or can be a stand-alone unit. CD Meyer has designed several computer
housing kiosks which can be produced at a reasonable price. We can also offer
“all in one” computer/kiosk units, LCD Panel PCs, and many other hardware solutions.
Technology consulting services are also available for large, exhibit construction
projects. |
